Tau Sigma Gamma is a local sorority at Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.  We were founded in 1929 in Maples Hall by a group of 15 women interested in building unity and sharing sisterhood together.

Through the years Tau Sigma Gamma has evolved and grown; we are much larger than the handful of girl we started with.  In addition to participating in Greek life at Ursinus, we enjoy well balanced lives and are active in academics, community service, sports, and other campus organizations.

As each new woman contributes her unique personality, talents and interests, the organization grows in depth. Through the learning process of  new member education (formerly known as pledging) each woman learns her own strengths  as she shares common experiences with the rest of her class.   By relying on the rest of her class, she learns the meaning of trust and unity; by learning to trust the sisters, she opens her heart to the true meaning of sisterhood.
