Here is one of a growing number of educational initiatives in the medium of electronic technologies. We see here the form of the traditional university transposed into a virtual environment. This is an interesting development in sheer educational terms. It is of special interest to THE PROGRAMME because it represents the penetration of a highly traditional structure by the theoretical knives of postmodern critical theory.
