THE ARGUMENT (EVOLVING)

• THE POSTMODERN PROGRAMME AT SIXTH AVENUE had a beginning in the "genesis" document, found in the GENESIS OF THE ARGUMENT.

• Since the genesis of the project, we continue the argument in the form of THE TABLE TALK.

• We write ESSAYS that pursue the postmodern argument more or less closely.

• The argument cannot have an end; but the desire for closure, a trailing cloud of the life we once led, lives on. We assuage the desire for closure with a FLOATING FINAL FORMULATION of a so-called argument. Be fooled by it no more than we: while it is labelled final, it is not closed.

• The argument is grounded in the CRITICAL THEORY OF THE POSTMODERN.
