This section of the web site is dedicated to the sharing of ideas,
strategies, and methodologies that will enhance and foster the teaching
and learning of biomechanics concepts. This section will also provide a
forum for the exchange of ideas with respect to current trends,

sample video clips for both Qualitative
Assessments and Quantitative
Assessment of
specific sport skills. The video clips may be down loaded for class use.
The materials available in this area were developed by Ursinus College
faculty and students with equipment attained through an National Science
Foundation Grant

Biomechanics Laboratory Exercises
The purpose of this section was to enhance the learning of
biomechanics concepts through activities that are fun, challenging and
foster critical thinking. The laboratories exercises presented in this
section were also submitted by colleagues from around the country, who
were invited to share their favorite biomechanics lab exercises. The
