5/4/2012- The Avengers

Tonight, the brothers went to see the midnight premier of the hit movie, Marvel's The Avengers at Movie Tavern, the local movie theater.  The brotherhood, prior to this, held brotherhood events screening all the marvel movies leading up to this picture.  The brothers had a wonderful time and enjoyed the movie greatly.

4/27/2012- Formal

The brothers held their annual formal event this year.  Many had a great night full of friends and their dates were very pleased with the event.  The brothers are already excited planning for next year's formal.

4/25/2012- Bike-a-thon Spring 2012

Today, the brothers did their second bike-a-thon of the academic year.  Unfortunately, due to brief inclement weather, the equipment, originally outside Wismer, had to be moved down to the lower Wismer area.  The brothers completed the biking with great success, and hope for another great event next semester.

4/21/2012- Relay for Life/MS Walk

This weekend, the brothers participated in the annual charity events Relay for Life and MS walk.  The brothers, aided by alumnus and assistant chapter advisor Tom Group, raised money for these events, in order to help the fights against cancer and Multiple Sclerosis, respectively.  These events were both fun and emotional, with many activities for the brothers to participate in along with stories from survivors and those affected by these diseases.

4/14/2012- Family Day

The brothers held their annual family day today.  Parents of various brothers came down for a day of food and fun with activities such as wiffleball and football.  Additionally, the parents were given a presentation on the fraternity to see what their sons have been doing in the organization.

4/1/2012- Elections

The brotherhood held elections tonight and elected a round of new officers for the next year.  They are as follows:

3/31/2012- Paintball with the brothers

Today, the brothers took a trip to Poco Loco Paintball Fields for a day of fun and brotherhood.  The location is not far from Ursinus, and the brothers had a great time playing against both each other, and other participants at the fields that day.

3/24/2012- Airband Threepeat

Tonight, the brother participated in their fourth straight year of the Ursinus College Airband celebration.  Their performance this year, Night of the Living Skulls was well-received by the audience and the brothers won the award for best overall performance for their third year running.  The brothers are naturally very excited and are looking forward to next year's event

3/16/2012- Phi Kap Hot Dog Eating Contest

Today, the brothers gathered for the second annual Delta Rho hot dog eating contest.  Each brother was given 11 hot dogs and 10 minutes, and whoever ate the most in the allotted time was the winner.  This year's victor was brother Kristof Nerl with 7 and a half dogs in 10 minutes.

The brothers attempt to eat their hot dogs as quickly as possible. 

2/27/2012- Jason Mullins, Salutatorian of the Class of 2012

Congratulations to brother and president Jason Mullins, who was recently named salutatorian of the Ursinus Class of 2012!  Jason is a senior International Relations / History double major and he and the chapter are enthralled to hear this news.

2/20/2012- Dinner with the President

Today, the brothers enjoyed a meal and a chance to talk to the President of Ursinus College, Bobby Fong.  Most of the brotherhood showed up to greet him, and though not everybody had a chance to speak with Bobby Fong, they enjoyed each other's company nonetheless.

2/11/2012- Valentine's Day Dinner

The Saturday before Valentine's Day, the brothers prepared a spaghetti dinner along with salad, garlic bread, and cake.  Eachbrothers's big invited a date for their little, and vice versa.  The food ended up being delicious and everybody appreciated the hard work of those who helped prepare the meal.

2/5/2012- Ursinus Volleyball Match

Today, brother Nick Ferrante had a volleyball match against Lafayette College.  In order to show support, may of the brothers came to the match to give their support to him and the club volleyball team, and despite the loss, everybody had a lot of fun.

1/30/2012- Phi Kaps do Restaurant week in Philly

This Sunday, a few brothers participated in the annual Philadelphia Restaurant week at the restaurant Estia, where they met up with a couple alumni to catch up over a nice lunch.  The brothers enjoyed the food greatly and were very happy with their dining experience.

1/18/2012- Back to Ursinus

 The brothers ushered in the new semester with an afternoon of football and grilling in front of Omwake.  Everybody was happy to see each other after the long winter break and had a wonderful time with each other before schoolwork becomes too stressful.  The brothers are now looking forward to a great semester full of events such as Airband, a decade celebration for the chapter, the spring Bike-a-Thon and of course Formal.
