After New Member Education, the requirements for getting initiated are:

Part A. A candidate shall be eligible for initiation provided that 90% of the members have voted to allow him this privilege, and that he has fulfilled the other requirements of this section.

Part B. Provided he is not delinquent in any account with the Chapter.

Part C.  He is not affiliated with another social Greek organization.

Part D. He has attained a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75

Part E.  He has demonstrated commitment to the Ursinus Community by involving himself in at least one of the following: sports, clubs, or holds a job.

Part F.  Part E of this section may be waived if the candidate has a cumulative grade point average of 3.0

Part G.  He has demonstrated commitment to the Core Values of Phi Kappa Sigma through his personal conduct.

Part H. If he has a cumulative grade point average below 2.75 and greater than or equal to 2.33, Part D of this section may be bypassed if and only if the following sections are satisfied.

Section i: The Pi will review the current academic standing of the candidate and determine if he is putting significant effort into raising his current cumulative grade point average.

Section ii: The Tau will review the current financial standing of the candidate and determine if he is financially capable of paying his membership dues on time, should he be initiated.

Section iii: The Iota will review the current New Member Education standing of the candidate and determine if he has met all of the requirements of the New Member Education plan set forth by the chapter.

Section iv: The Phi will review the current community involvement of the candidate and determine if he is actively engaged in community service and extra-curricular activities.

Section v: The Pi, Tau, Iota, and Phi will present individual reports concerning the standing of the candidate to the chapter before a vote on this candidate is to occur. The aforementioned officers will then vote on whether to accept or oppose the potential initiation of the candidate. A majority vote will determine if the candidate has satisfied the requirements of Part D.
