I have arranged this site to provide information that may be of interest to my students or colleagues. Here you can obtain information about the research I do, ratings I've made of the movies I've seen, or even information about my personal life. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me.

Important Notice

For a variety of reasons, I will be posting all of the assignments and related materials for my courses on the college's BlackBoard site. You do not need a course password to "enroll" in the course's Blackboard site. To log into the site you will need your BlackBoard username and password. If you run into difficulty logging in, e-mail me, and contact CIT for more help if necessary.

To enroll in the course, login to BlackBoard, select the courses tab and search for the course number. BlackBoard will display a list of courses that match the search, select the course you are taking and click the enroll button next to that course.

If you are enrolled in an AIM enabled course, you will need to log in to do the assignments.

My Current Favorite Quote

"Anybody who thinks he can 'see,' or find in nature, a Euclidean point (or a straight line, or a differentiable curve) needs urgent medical attention."
-Branko GrŸnbaum, Geometer

More Cool Quotes

"We shall for the present conclude by observing, as the senses of sight and hearing can be so forcibly and instantaneously addressed alike with one thousand as with one, the million might be taught geometry and other branches of mathematics with great ease, this would advance the purpose of education more than any thing that might be named, for it would teach the people how to think, and not what to think; it is in this particular the great error of education originates."
-Oliver Byrne, 1847

Caveat Emptor

This page and all of the pages associated with it are constantly under construction and revision. There may be errors that appear here, which naturally are the sole responsibility of the author (me), but if you find any I'd like to to know about it.
