PC Computer Setup to Printers

Press the Start button at the bottom left-hand part of the screen,
select Settings and then select Printers.

Select "Add Printer" in the next window by double-clicking the left mouse
button.

Press next.
-
Select Network Printer and then press next.
-
Select the Network path. Press Browse and select the correct
path, using the information below. (If you do not see your path after
pressing Browse, single-click the left mouse button on the "+" next to
UCNET or MYRIN, respectively.) Say "No" to printing from DOS-based
programs and press next

Give the printer a name (I suggest the room number), and if the printer
is in your room, select it as your default printer and then select next.

You can have the printer print out a test page if you wish and then select
Finish.
